Early investments in programs like ʻUpena Moaninuiākea and HUB Pasifika helped lay the foundation for student belonging and growth. One of HPF’s cornerstone initiatives—the Teacher Pathway Program—continues to empower aspiring educators with guidance, cultural grounding, and hands-on experience to serve Hawai‘i’s classrooms and communities. Complementary efforts such as Kauluhāweo and We Go West foster connection and engagement among new and returning students through workshops and cultural activities. Together, these initiatives demonstrate how education anchored in culture, community, and purpose shapes resilient leaders for Hawai‘i’s future.
